Hello, I'm Katharina Lindmayer and I live in Basel. I paint when the impulse strikes. I choose colors spontaneously, without thinking too much about it. Then the image flows onto the canvas. Most of the time, the colors are bold, often in unusual combinations.

I like it when a picture has energy, when it makes you pause for a moment—maybe even irritates you. Because not every work has to appeal to everyone. But eventually, every work finds its counterpart. And with every person who looks at it, something new is created.
