For shipments outside Switzerland, taxes, customs duties, and customs clearance costs may be incurred by the carrier when your order is imported. With the exception of shipments to the United States of America, we will reimburse you via PayPal or bank transfer for the costs incurred when your order is imported, provided you send us the relevant receipts (by email to hello@kaliarts-basel.com).
